Aqu\u00ed nada se define por s\u00ed mismo. La l\u00ednea frente a la forma, la marca estampada frente a la dibujada, la pintura frente al volumen. Ninguna de ellas prevalece y ninguna anula a la otra. Lo que surge de esa negociaci\u00f3n es el espacio: una abertura que no exist\u00eda antes de que ninguna de las dos partes comenzara a trabajar sobre el lienzo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

El volumen est\u00e1 estampado, no pintado. Froto la tela contra una valla o una pared y esta capta el relieve. Despu\u00e9s la pintura contin\u00faa con el trabajo: cubre y descubre al mismo tiempo, nada queda nunca del todo oculto. Los monotipos hacen lo mismo en otro material. Cada capa va sobre la anterior, no para taparla sino para protegerla, y la espera entre una y otra no es solo tiempo de secado: es el tiempo que necesita cada una para que la siguiente pueda asentar mejor. El \u00f3leo se vuelve m\u00e1s transparente con los a\u00f1os, as\u00ed que la primera capa acabar\u00e1 volviendo a la superficie. Lo que conlleva no es solo el gesto sino el trabajo de mantener una superficie en pie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
