City Limits
City Limits is an ongoing series that explores fences and boundaries in suburban environments.
The work focuses on the creative process, using rubbing, drawing, and painting to reveal impressions, reliefs, lines, and colored forms.
Different types of marks are transferred, layered, and reworked, creating shifting and subtle structures on the surface.
Through repetition and layering, boundaries appear as fluid and porous conditions in my work.
