City Limits

City Limits is an ongoing series that explores fences and boundaries in suburban environments. The work focuses on the creative process, using rubbing, drawing, and painting to reveal impressions, reliefs, lines, and coloured forms.

Different types of marks are transferred, layered, and reworked, creating subtle and shifting structures on the surface. Through repetition and layering, boundaries appear fluid and porous in my work.
